We do not have a print catalog other than what you see online.

ORDERING:
You may place an order through our online checkout system by using PayPal, a secure online transaction. Your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). PayPal does not share your financial information with Beach Bride, which provides you with an additional layer of security.

It’s easy to pay for your purchase by using PayPal on our site. At checkout, you will be taken to PayPal's secure website to complete the transaction.

DELIVERY:
Orders are processed on an as received basis and may take 1-2 business days to confirm. Once we have processed and confirmed your order, delivery is usually within 3-7 business days.

If you have a very short timeframe and need a rush delivery, please email us using the electronic inquiry form under "Contact Us". We will have to verify inventory availability before we can offer this or quote a price.

SHIPPING:
Our standard method of shipping is U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), subject to product availability.

At this time, we do not provide shipping to locations outside the USA, except for APO/FPO military addresses.

$12 per item.

You will be sent a confirmation email when your order ships. All shipments include Tracking, Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.

We reserve the right to increase shipping rates as necessary, depending on the weight and destination and may substitute any shipping method that will expedite an order more efficiently.


Beach Bride wants you to be happy with your purchase and satisfied with your dress on your special day so we do accept returns and exchanges.

Remember, these dresses may not be sized the same as your regular clothing, so don’t order a certain size because that’s what you normally wear. Most of the dresses are made for someone around 5'8", so if you are shorter, you may need to make adjustments. Keep in mind that most dresses do not fit all of us perfectly without a little help and you should be prepared to do some alteration for the best fit, just like you would with any bridal wear.

These dresses cannot be let out, but they can be taken in if necessary. So, by ordering a dress to fit your largest measurement you can be assured that the dress you select can be fitted to meet your other measurements that may or may not not be the same as indicated on the size chart. (For example, if the size chart shows SMALL 37-28-38 and MEDIUM 39-30-40, and your measurements are 39-26-38, you should order a MEDIUM to fit the bust, and alter the rest to fit as needed).

Have someone help you take your measurements with a tape measure to make sure you order the correct size. Every manufacturer has their own unique sizing chart, which is located on the same page as the item, along with the detailed description.

EXCHANGE/RETURN:
All exchanges or returns must be received by us within 10 days of the delivery date. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item has a factory flaw we missed, or if it is due to our error.

Items for return or exchange must be in the original condition in which they were shipped, with labels and hang tags attached and all packaging intact. The item must not be altered, washed or show any signs of wear - no odors such as cigarette smoke, perspiration, perfume or lotion, no deodorant stains, makeup stains, animal hair, spills, snags, rips, tears, missing buttons or beads, stuck zippers, signs of wear on the tags, or any other type of damage.

All items will be carefully inspected when they are returned and if we feel the item has been worn or damaged, it will be disqualified for exchange or refund. If that occurs, the customer will be notified and those who wish to have the item returned to them will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Return all items with a copy of the original packing slip and the necessary information completed on the Return/Exchange Form that was included in the shipment. We must receive any returns back to us within 10 days of the date the item was originally delivered to the customer.

All refunds will be at the discretion of Beach Bride based on the criteria outlined above.

Sale, Clearance or Special Item merchandise WILL NOT be accepted for return or exchange for any reason. All sales are FINAL on any of these items.
